Schofield families on TRICARE.
Spouses, children and retirees use TRICARE Prime or Select. Soldiers are seen at Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic and referred to the network when the clinic cannot provide pelvic floor physical therapy in time.
Visits are one-on-one with Dr. Elana Shalem, PT, DPT, certified in obstetric physical therapy (CAPP-OB) and licensed in Hawaii. The first visit is a 60-minute video evaluation; follow-ups are 45 minutes, usually every one to two weeks, scheduled around duty hours.

Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic is the primary care home for Schofield and Wheeler. Its physical therapy listing does not include pelvic floor care, so family members usually receive pelvic floor physical therapy through TRICARE West network providers. On TRICARE Prime, ask the Doss PCM for "physical therapy, pelvic floor, evaluate and treat" in the network, naming EMS Therapy. On TRICARE Select, book directly.
