Privacy policy

What this website collects

Contact form. Name, email, phone (optional), state, how you heard about us, and any message you choose to write. We ask you not to include medical details. The form is delivered to us by email and is not a patient portal.

Booking. When you book a discovery call, you leave this site for our scheduling provider, which has its own privacy policy.

Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Advertising measurement. This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure whether our ads lead to visits and inquiries. These tools use cookies. They do not receive anything you type into the contact form, and we never send them health information.

How we use it

To reply to you, to schedule and provide care you request, to understand which of our advertising works, and to keep the website running securely. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the practice (email, scheduling, hosting, advertising measurement), under agreements that limit how they use it, and authorities when the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can use the site without submitting the form. Call 786-273-9151 instead.
• You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
• You can ask us to delete the information you sent through the form by emailing info@emstherapy.org.

Patient information

Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA. You will receive our Notice of Privacy Practices before your first visit. Please use the secure channels we give you, not this website, to share medical details.
