Rockland County

Why Rockland County patients choose video.

Rockland is a county of young families, many of them large, and of commuters who already spend enough time on the Mario Cuomo Bridge. Visits are with a female therapist, from a private room at home, scheduled around school and family life. Postpartum recovery, prolapse and diastasis recti after several births are among the most common reasons to book.

One-on-one with Dr. Elana Shalem, PT, DPT (CAPP-OB), licensed in New York: a 60-minute evaluation, then 45-minute follow-ups.
